Salient Features |
1. The software has the ability to generate various
reports. The software can be implemented at state level and grievances for
any location can be entered from any location. Any number of actions taken on
a particular grievance can also be entered in the system. 2-5. A user-friendly system has been designed for data entry and generation of reports 6. All the data pertaining to Census 2001
has been made available on web site of District Doda. The data pertains to
all districts of J&K. |

Before going in for
development, entire manual system was studied / discussed. After the
completion of development process, the software was put to testing for about
a fortnight and implemented in the District |

Except Arms License
monitoring system all the above software’s have been implemented in the
District. The discussions are on with DC to start the implementation of this
software also. All the software except PUGMARS have been integrated into a
single MIS WEBMAINS (WEB Based Online MAnagement INformation System), so that
a single user name and password can be used to access all the applications.
Site administrator controls the access of applications. |

cabling in the entire DC office Complex with a provision of 40 nodes and computers

provided internet connectivity over Local Area Network. The Dial-up users are

District Centre. Two Dial-up lines are also meant for this purpose. |
